I had seen various NHS physios and doctors and the answer had always been the same: "if it hurts, stop". As I had invested years of my life into my sport I was reluctant to take this advice and it was crushing to be told this by a professional. After a surgeon advised me to have open hip surgery I knew that I needed to find an alternative solution and I'm so thankful I found Andrew. He is positive, proactive and inspiring to work with. In addition to treating my injury, he has shown me new ways to train, to strengthen myself and has helped me understand how I move and look at addressing issues which can lead to pain. I feel stronger, faster and most importantly aside from stopping the pain he has given me back the confidence that my body will work as I need it to. With his help I have just won two gold medals at our European championships and am preparing for the worlds next year. To achieve that 6 months after being told I'd never train again is incredible. I can't recommend ProCare highly enough.
